Alder Holly Ltd are a first aid training centre which runs ITC regulated courses accredited by the SQA and Ofqual. Non accredited versions of all regulated qualifications are available and a "Due Diligence" document can be supplied which demonstrates that these courses are run to the same standards as the regulated ones. Regulated courses are always recommended and some insurers may require this, so you are advised to check with your insurer if considering non accredited courses. However under deregulation of the sector the client has the choice of what type of training to select.

Under the changes to Health and Safety Law which came into effect on 01 October 2013, the due diligence check suggested by the HSE on your first aid training provider is not required for ITC awarded courses, as they are monitored by ITC, and the government regulators Ofqual and the SQA. The courses and centre are open to external inspection and the materials used and awards given are not Alder Holly's but ITC's. Under the process of external inspection and regulation Alder Holly Ltd is competent to deliver the courses, awards and qualifications we offer.

Please check this site for more details of our full range of courses, and call or email using the enquiry form with any questions.
